I Don’t Believe in a God…

I don’t believe in a God that would choose to let anybody die from a disease, especially a little child, because “he has more important plans for them”.

I don’t believe in a God that would choose to let anybody suffer, because “he only gives people what they can handle”.

I don’t believe in a God that would choose to save some people in an accident because “they were faithful”, and let others die because “they lacked faith”.

  1. God doesn’t depend on your belief. That’s why He’s God. He’s the ultimate reality from which all life, all creation is derived. And our view of suffering is self-centered and cannot see all that God sees. That’s why attempts to explain why God seems to allow or cause things seem empty. they are. We can no more understand God in a clear manner than a Duracel battery can be expected to explain the power of the sun.
